We know you are keen to get your new HD Bot.. so let’s keep it as real as possible
You can keep an eye on your order status at all times on your account page.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. We aim to deliver within 7–14 working days from the date of your order. Sometimes there may be delays, after all we are a small family business but we will always do our very best.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. If you’re not in when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Shipping to the UK for orders over £10 is free!
International Orders
Unfortunately we have to charge for international orders, don’t blame us.. blame the cost of the boats and planes and wot not!
Delays
While we aim to meet the delivery window, delays can occasionally happen due to postal service disruptions or high demand. We’ll keep you informed if anything changes.
Delivery Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We can’t be held responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses.
